Grassroots community sport

Unlock Your Potential. Change Your Community.

World-class skills development, fully funded, for the people who keep grassroots sport alive. Maikai and Sported have unlocked Growth and Skills Levy funding from our corporate partners, so you can train without spending a penny.

What we are

World-class skills development. Fully funded. Built for you.

Grassroots sport runs on you. The coaches, youth workers, fundraisers and operations leads who turn up week after week so kids have somewhere to play and communities have somewhere to belong. The work you do is extraordinary. The skills development you need to keep doing it has, until now, been out of reach.

The Sported Skills Academy exists to close that gap. When you learn how to write a winning bid, an extra £50,000 lands in your club. When you gain a Level 4 in youth work, you support more young people, more confidently. When you learn to use AI, you get hours back every week to spend on what actually matters, and it costs you nothing.
